I'm Marcia Rossi and I'm here to share a little of my journey of more than 25 years in the market as a manager, professor, and consultant. During this time, I have focused on implementing continuous improvement programs, reducing costs and expenses, and strengthening corporate governance.

I led tax recovery projects totaling an impressive R$587 million, reversed lawsuits valued at more than R$2 billion, and contributed to more than 80 tax opinions and operational improvement projects. These achievements in continuous improvement were essential for the sustainable reduction of costs and risks for the organizations and professionals with whom I had the honor of working.
